The changing technology needs of an MSPs target market and the need to be compliant with new government regulations means it’s time for MSPs to take a new approach to compliance.
Top MSPs are combating these changing needs with process and discipline focused on developing and maintaining technology standards and proactively ensuring that every client is aligned with those standards.
Gary Pica and his team have developed multiple training manuals and hours of training content on delivering a repeatable technology alignment process that will ensure happy customers and fewer support requests. During this session you will learn:
TruMethods has teamed up with IT Glue to bring you this awesome event!
Gary is a pioneer in the managed services field. His company, Dynamic Digital Services, was an "early to market" IT service provider that quickly became one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the country. Dynamic Digital Services grew into a multi-million dollar managed services practice with over 7,000 endpoints under management. Gary has discovered what works and what doesn't. Through TruMethods, he shares key practices that have grown his business, using them to help other MSPs reach their full potential.
Bob Penland is a leader in the MSP technology community. As the Director of Technology for the MSP, Dynamic Digital Services, his guidance helped create a technical platform to support over 7,000 users. For the past 10 years, he has been the CTO of TruMethods. Bob is the architect of myITprocess, the industry's first software platform that allows MSPs to develop a repeatable process to build high-value vCIO relationships.
Travis’ passion for technology lead him to Fully Managed, an MSP in Western Canada where his drive for process and clarity made a perfect fit to work on their new project: re-packaging their internal documentation tool to be sold as a SaaS platform. Later this platform became known as IT Glue, the world’s leading documentation solution. In 2016, Travis moved to IT Glue full-time and over the past several years has held multiple roles including Support Analyst, Partner Success Manager, and now Sales Engineer.
In his current role, Travis is responsible for helping IT teams explore the potential great documentation can bring to their organization.
