Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using the TruMethods program members portal, TruMethods members app,  and/or myITprocess software tool (“Services”), all services of TruMethods, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including any subsequent changes or modifications to them.  If you do not agree to these Terms or to our Privacy Policy, please do not subscribe to our Services.

Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You must be a registered user to access the Service.  You are responsible for keeping your password secure.  You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your user name.

Appropriate Practices

TruMethods reserves the right to terminate any account that it finds in violation of its Terms of Use without refund.

Fees

TruMethods will not issue a refund for unused service at any time.  Recurring monthly billing is set at the time of purchase.  The service will renew indefinitely until explicitly canceled by the user.  Services receipts are transmitted automatically upon each renewal.  

Cancellation of Service

Cancellation must be issued for the Service by emailingsupport@trumethods.com.  Any cancellation issued must be done seven (7) days prior to the end of the monthly renewal to allow for adequate processing time.  You can cancel at any time but refunds will not be issued.

Chargeback/Refund Policy

TruMethods will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for any cancellation.  If you have a question about charges made to your account, please immediately emailsupport@trumethods.com.

If the charges were made in error, we will credit your credit card for the appropriate amount.  TruMethods has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks.  Any member who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently banned from use of TruMethods Services.  Any cost associated with a chargeback defense will be sent to collections.  If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies.

No Warranties or Representations

You understand and agree that the Service is provided “as is” and TruMethods expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied.  

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time.  You also have the option of canceling your account at any time without penalty.  In the event of cancellation, your account will not be guaranteed that data will reside.

Intellectual Property

TruMethods claims no intellectual property rights over the data you provide to Service.  You acknowledge that TruMethods owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, and such rights are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.  You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.  You also agree that you will not download, distribute or disseminate TruMethods content to anyone not currently a subscriber to TruMethods or its programs.

Non-Solicitation

You are prohibited from soliciting TruMethods clients or members, directly or indirectly, for your benefit, the benefit of your company or behalf of any company that you have personal contact.  If you or anyone in your organization are found to be in violation of this non-solicitation agreement, TruMethods will permanently cancel your membership for any and all services.

Conditions

We may modify or terminate our services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.  We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time with notice.  Users with questions about this Agreement may contact TruMethods atsupport@trumethods.com.
